Returns Policy


RETURNS

Because we are a consignment company, you are buying from a third party (the Consignor) so we do not accept returns, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item in error. Should you wish to return something because you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, you have the opportunity to re-consign it in accordance with our consignment policies.

We do our best to ensure all the pertinent information for an item is available to you to help you make your purchase decisions. When available, we include pictures, measurements, condition, size, colour, brand, style, material and a detailed description.

Should you receive an incorrect item, you should request a return authorization by Heart’s Content Consignment Inc. within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Any return requests made after 3 days may not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, your consignor account, or original method of payment, within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Re-consigned items are reposted at the price you paid as the starting price. You can send them in with a Heart’s Content Consignment Inc. shipping label free of charge.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you use a Heart’s Content Consignment Inc. label. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
